We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free or available without interruption.

3. Enquiries, reservations and confirmations
Any enquiry submitted through the website, by email or through a third-party booking platform does not constitute a confirmed reservation until you receive written confirmation from Papillon or from the applicable booking provider.
Rates, minimum stay requirements, payment terms, cancellation policies, check-in and check-out times, taxes and any additional charges are those communicated to you at the time of booking or in your booking confirmation. In the event of a conflict between this website and a written booking confirmation, the booking confirmation will prevail.

- not misuse, copy, scrape, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
5. Payments, deposits and cancellation terms
Payment, deposit and cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate, booking channel and reservation terms. These conditions will be presented during the booking process or in the booking confirmation. Where a third-party payment or booking provider is used, that provider’s own terms and privacy information may also apply.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons and other content are owned by or licensed to Papillon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or exploit any website content without prior written permission.

These services are operated by independent providers and are not controlled by Papillon. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security practices or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Papillon will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, temporary unavailability of the website, inaccurate information, external links or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
